[sumo-user] How to generate real time emission dataset

Dear Sir,

Got the DETECTOR_ID. Its just a simple Id. Thank you.

Now my question is : I want to generate scenario,where at each sample frequency(i am considering every second)  random number of vehicle should be present  all the time at each edge.( So that at every second there is no edge, where emission is 0)

This will let provide sufficient data to let my machine learn.
