It should not happen and I have no Idea why it would (so it's probably a bug). Can you reproduce it without TraCI?

If so, send me the scenario please.

If it depends on traci, please try to determine which traci commands are necessary to reproduce the issue (then send me the scenario).

We have a four way junction where every side has a right, left and straight connection. All the vehicles have speedMode 31 and the node type is set to AllWayStop. However, vehicles making a right turn sometimes still speed through the junction without stopping. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?
