[sumo-user] clean up/close libsumo

Hi guys,

I am using libsumo in a setting where I call a big amount of libsumo simulation instances. Now it seems to me, that old unused instances are not deleted automatically because the ram is continuously filled. Is there some way how I have to close/delete the old sumo instances that are not used anymore?
