[sumo-user] How to disable insertion of back-logged vehicles?

Hi Jakob,

I'm trying to keep generating new vehicles till a desired density level and then maintain it as a constant. I did it by calling traci.vehicle.add while the target accumulation is not reached. However, the insertion of backlogged vehicles will always introduce more vehicles than I expected. Is there anyway to disable that?
