The minimum lateral speed is affected by:

- lcAccelLat (lower values cause lower speeds at the start and end of the maneuver)

- step-length (lower step lengths cause lower speeds at the start and end of the maneuver )

- maneuver distance (lower values for --lateral-resolution, increase the likelihood of tiny maneuvers)

I wonder if there is any method to set the minimum lateral velocity for a car, as I can only find the way to set the maximum lateral speed. If there is not, I would appreciate it if I can get some hints to achieve that.
