[sumo-user] Breaks the law

Hi,
In Sumo, the sigma parameter determines the driver's imperfection for cars,
but nevertheless no car breaks the law and there is a relatively good order.
Is it possible for cars to break into law, such as overtaking, moving
between lanes, etc.?
