It sounds as if there is a misunderstanding.

How can I get different time duration of green, red and yellow separately in SUMO. 

Because, as I understand getPhaseDuration() gives the time of phase composed of green, red and yellow. Example : <phase duration="31" state="GGggrrrrGGggrrrr"/>

I didn't understand how can I get exactly the time of each state ?
