[sumo-user] Can I literally follow another car in Sumo?

I want to define acar of type leader with a given route and a car of type
follower who follows the leader. The follower does not have to follow a
route itself as long as it follows the leader. I assumed at first that
MSCF-Models could do something like that, but it seems to be something
different. Is there a framework with which I could do something like this?
