[sumo-user] Lane reservation for a specified vehicle type

Hello All,

I am trying to run scenarios of simulations with Trucks and Trailers only allowed in the left-most lane, or only in the center lane. I tried the following but could not succeed :

1. used netedit "allow" and "disallow" fields, but they just apply the restriction to the whole edge rather than to a specific lane in the edge.

2. I have tried using "via" (=lane id) in the route file

3. I have tried using "via" in conjunction with "departlane" and "arrivallane". But the vehicles still take other lanes than specified. 

Could someone please suggest where I am going wrong, and what I can do to achieve lanewise reservations.
