Hi,
I cannot give support for the matlab implementation but in general
moveToVTD is equivalent to what moveToXY does in the python client
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI/Change_Vehicle_State.html#move_to_xy_0xb4. It
also may help if you describe what you already tried and where you
failed or met unexpected results.
