[sumo-user] Sumolib and Traci documentation

Hello,

I am developing some software using SUMO so that I am using the sumolib and traci libraries, everything in python, my problem is that I can not found proper documentation of both. The pydocs does not have, at least, a short description of every method and a type description(referred to I/O parameters of the method); and in the sumo tutorials tthey are all not described(only the ones used in the example). Probably I am missing something in pydocs, sumo tutorials or somewhere else.
