Dear sir

In my PhD work i need to Transmit and receive carbon emission data to and from the vehicles. [I have written routing code in python -Traci]. Is it possible to achieve Inter vehicle communication through Traci itself?

After getting the values from the vehicle, which are moving on the given source to destination route/edges, i need to take the decision if to take that route or not.

Please help me how to achieve this in Traci?
