To disable, set option
--collision.action none

However, if you see lots of collisions without specifically trying to model them it indicates that there may be probems with either of
- your road network
- your traffic lights
- your vehicle parameters

Is there any way we can turn off or disable all accidents between vehicles?

I read through the vehicle collisions and safety in the links below, but couldn't find any specific api to disable accidents and collisions.
