1) Street Settings 'show edge name' or 'show street name'
Junction Settings 'show junction name'

2) For nodes you can only set the 'id' attribute (which must be unique)
For edges you can set the id (must be unique) and optionally the street name (arbitrary).
If you import from osm you can get the street names automatically by setting netconvert option --output.street-names

2. When i export some geographical map to the net file,Is it possible to export the name associated with street and node? [I am planning to display it on the graph converted from net file using sumolib]
