Re: [sumo-user] Renaming vehicles during runtime
Frankly,
I was surprised that you wrote the very same question again after alreadying having received the answer that renaming vehicles at runtime is not possible. (Quoting my answer from 3 days ago:
"You can only remove and re-add a vehicle to modify ids")
Therefore I was wondering whether the new mail was due to an error in your email program that sent the old mail again by accident.

Such that the joining vehicle and the vehicles behind it take on  new IDs reflective of their current position in the file of vehicles. Is there a way to reassign vehicle IDs during runtime?
