[sumo-user] SUMOPy -Networkx and Traffic Light generation

There is a paper here: https://easychair.org/publications/paper/Bwmq that states the SUMOPy module has a Networkx converter and a traffic light generator. Where is the documentation on how to use these modules? The online documentation does not specify that.
