Hi,
there are various implementations of dijkstra already available in SUMO.
The easiest to understand is probably here:
https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/blob/master/tools/sumolib/net/__init__.py#L454

Also please keep the list posted. There might be others who can help as
well.
