[sumo-user] understanding of TIMELINE defination

Dear all, could someone help me or give me some suggestions about how to understand the TIMELINE line option?

Like the command wrote:

--timeline.day-in-hours --timeline 0.9,0.5,0.2,0.2,0.5,1.3,7.0,9.3,6.7,4.2,4.0,3.8,4.1,4.6,5.0,6.7,9.6,9.2,7.1,4.8,3.5,2.7,2.2,1.9

How to understand these 24 numbers? What is the meaning of it?
