Hi, some classes are known to be faulty, see here http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Models/Emissions/HBEFA3-based at the very bottom. I would try to restrict the classes to one or several of the higher EU norms or even better use PHEMlight (which unfortunately has license costs for HDV and LDV).
