Re: [sumo-user] LeftHand option

Hello,
- what version of sumo are you using? do the problems still appear when using the latest development version (http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Downloads#SUMO_-_Latest_Development_Version)?
- please provide a (small) example osm file that demonstrates inaccurate importing when using --lefthand and describe how results differ from your expectations.
- please describe the problem when trying to edit the lefthand network with netedit
regards,
Jakob

Hello,

I am trying to use sumo to simulate the impacts of Autonomous vehciles in Notitngham. As per the  http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/NETCONVERT lefthand option : netconvert --osm-files map.osm --lefthand true -o map.net.xml. The results are not accurate at all compared to reality.

In addition, the problem I cannot edit the map or the network when I chose Lefthand in netconvert. However, when I do not choose LeftHand option NETEDIT works perfectly.

Could you please help me how to solve this problem because the network imported is not correct as I need to use NETEDIT. Otherwise is there any other option importing the accurate data/map to use it.

Many Thanks.

Best regards,

Nacer
