Hello,
there is no library function to accomplish your goal directly. However, using sumolib (http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tools/Sumolib) you can retrieve the geometry of an existing network and then perform arbitrary geometrical computation with your own code.

I have to create the two junction and i want to interconnect the that two
junction by using nodes .How to find out the nodes by using angle ..There
is any possible to find the angle in junction to make path between two
junction
