[sumo-dev] Commit rights for Gregor laemmel have been expired

Robert Hilbrich has expired the commit rights for Gregor laemmel (glmmel). 
The reason for this change is:

Gregor has left our group (and the German Aerospace Center). He
 contacted us and asked to be removed from the project. He is now doing
something completely different (data analysis instead of mobility
research), so it is very unlikely that he will contribute anything to SUMO
in the =?UTF-8?Q?future=C3=A2=C2=80=C2=A6?=

To honor Gregor's contributions to the project, Robert Hilbrich has
nominated Gregor for Committer Emeritus status.
