Thank you for that option. Could you please add this option as a global
option or make it able to remember the last choice?
The reason of my request is that I guess that people who need this
option will often deal with such branches (branches without common
ancestry) and will always have to manually select that option.
In my experience, while I was debugging, I often forgot to select that
option and had to open branch comparison once again.
