I think you're knocking on the wrong door. The Eclipse SOA top level
project doesn't provide the WSLA plugin (though it provides a Policy
Editor : http://wiki.eclipse.org/STP/Policy_editor_documentation ),
which seems to have been written by someone not known here (Ron
Kastner, see
http://www.eclipseplugincentral.net/content/wsla-web-service-level-agreement-plugin
).
