[stp-dev] [galileo] Hudson builds are good to go again

The following builds are now passing on Hudson

* BPMN Modeler 1.1
* SCA Tools 1.1.0
* SCA Tools 1.1.0  (Amalgam  feature mix)
* STP 2.0.0 top level

Builds are available on the assorted Hudson pages. Project
leads should take these archived update sites and make
them available to their respective communities for smoke
testing.

[We should automate this delivery of artifacts a bit better]
