Hi guys,
That problem is with the update site and is the way we've constructed
the feature dependencies. We're going to rejig these (bugzilla to be
announced) to get rid of it and allow a bit more choice for downloading
SCA/JAXWS service creation approaches. For the moment stick with the
binary downloads.
