added two plugin:
org.eclipse.stp.sc.xmlvalidator, which is a rule based xml validator.
org.eclipse.stp.sc.annvalidator. which is a rule based annotation
validator
based on the xml validator. It is now loaded with 12 rules according to
JSR181
spec.
I will put some documents on the wiki later this week about those two new
plugins
