[stp-dev] Support undeploy action in SOAS

Hi all,

 

When trying to support tomcat runtime, I found the current deploy session in SOAS only has deploy action.

However, i think we also need to support undeploy action, which means remove service component from target server runtime(s) according to package descriptor.

 

I created a bug for this:

Except adding the server launch supports in connection profile, I think we also need an action extension to start, stop and remove service component from server runtime. So I also updated the related bug for that.
