* Ealing Measles? Waiting
* Dengue demo? Defer
* Polio demo? TO DO: Kun to target 9/20; will give Jamie/Stefan zipped up project; TO DO: Kun to do more documentation
3. Bugs of the week
400930 Deleting a graph makes models/scenario useless; query--did Alex check “updated references”?
TODO: Chris (also had problems w/ this) will meet w/Alex, come up with suggestions, wish list
409742 Mercator Map Logger does not export images with black borders (pending Matt) = TO DO:Jamie to check
409540 Proposal: Make solvers "first class" objects (a big change, involves GIT; testing in progress)
368889 For M5: Enable stochastic simulations for older disease models
Dengue in progress, TO DO: Kun will check on progress
Stefan will add new stochastic integration test (done)
Kun is working on Polio = meta-model for polio was fixed. Kun: Done
4. Talk accepted at EclipseCon. Chris will attend :-)
Chris attended conference on food chain modeling, encountered info on info biology modeling language SBML
5. ICSE Paper in progress; due tomorrow
6. Items from Participants
Jamie: TO DO: Test/confirm that change in random number generator in V2 doesn’t break integration check
Chris: Query re bug Stefan committed
Werner: Will be in California, will contact Jamie; updates on conference attendance
Jamie: Will be in Germany this fall, may try to connect w/ BfR folks
