[starter-dev] MVP version
Hey folks.

I finished the task needed for the MVP and also created a Dockerfile for the application.

I´ll be waiting for the definition on where we´re gonna host it and also it would be good if we had CI in that repo. Can we setup jenkins or travis (or anything else) for it?
