The short answer is that we have no idea. My recommendation is that you connect with the Google folks though the advertised channels.

Thanks for your patience, there was a bug with the system that has been solved recently by the GSoC team. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're not able to complete this process. Please try to do so before the end of the week (i.e. Friday March 10th).
