[soc-dev] Setting up Project Drone

I am trying to setup the "package drone" in eclipse using oomph setup file as shown in the steps on site https://wiki.eclipse.org/PackageDrone/Oomph.

But, I am not able to find project "Package Drone" as mentioned in 3rd step 'Search and select the Project "Package Drone" (from the Eclipse.org branch)' on site.
