Hi Everyone,
I am writing in behalf of the Automotive PMC and I am not sure if this mail finds all the necessary colleagues, because the dev-mailing list of SKyBT has 2 subscribers, me included that I am able to use it.
I have some doubts regarding the Committer Elections of Joachim and Lukas, because there is no initial code available.
We are not able to check the activity of both contributors and therefore we have only the choice to reject both elections.
My proposal is to stop the committer election and to re-start as soon as the candidates demonstrated merit in the public repo of SKyBT.

"To be considered for committer status a candidate must demonstrate merit.
Generally, this takes the form of making high-quality contributions to a project in the form of patches or new code, but can manifest in other ways.
