A project lead election for Christoph Klaus on project Eclipse Signalling
Engineering Toolbox (technology.set) was started by Christoph Klaus with this
criteria:

Reiner Brödel, who lead the SET project in the last years, has retired
recently. As I have been working together with Reiner since the beginning of
the SET initiative I will take over now this work at Deutsche Bahn. Reiner
nominated me already as project lead some days ago but due to formal issues
this nomination was stopped. So Iam starting the process again by myself.
