Re: [sdv-wg-marketing] POLL for meeting times, November and ongoing

Folks, we have had only 2 responses on this poll. Thanks to those who voted, and for those who have not, please take a look so we can book the next meeting.

As a reminder, the SDV Marketing Committee is a chartered committee, with the opportunity to collaborate on ways to promote Eclipse SDV and amplify the marketing manager's job. We also have the responsibility to vote annually on the Marketing Plan and present it to the SDV steering committee. The vote requires a quorum, which we have not had at a meeting for several months.

If we are not able to come to a consensus on a time to meet later in November, we will have to do this vote by email. That is unfortunate as it does not give us the opportunity to discuss the plan or suggest changes to the marketing manager (currently Clark Roundy). It also makes it much more difficult to get a full vote.

I understand that everyone is busy, but let's please at least get one meeting in November or early December with quorum.

thanks

Let's choose a time when most of us can make it to the Eclipse SDV Marketing Committee. This committee needs to meet, with a quorum, in November and December to discuss and vote on the 2025 marketing plan, which is currently being drafted by Eclipse staff. Please consider this particular meeting, as well as your ability to make this meeting time monthly - bearing in mind the oddities of Daylight Saving Time. If none of these times works for you, please contact me at this email.
