Minutes of the meeting are here [1]. For those project unable to attend, please check the table at the end of the document to make sure that the release version is correct and the type of review required is also correct. Please let me know when you have done that.

If you project is going to have a major or minor release (but not a bug fix release), you’ll need to go to your project page and create a release. You should use a release date of October 1 (or sooner if you wish). Once the release material is ready, you can schedule a review for any available slot. Information about releasing is here [2].
