Re: [science-pmc] R related CQs for StatET

Hi,

to date, there is no problem with the CQs.
As usual, they require the approval of the PMC.

Best,
Stephan

Thanks Stephan! Is there a problem with these CQs? I couldn't make it to
the last meeting, so I am out of the loop.

Dear PMC colleagues,

I filed some R related CQs for StatET.

First of all R itself, and an additional Java based R server:

    * [CQ 19045] GNU R 3.5.0
      I classified it as *Exempt Prerequisite*

    * [CQ 19046] RJSrv for GNU R 4.0
      The project provides an RJSrv implementation for GNU R.

And a few *Works With* R packages and Pandoc as alternative command line
tool.

    * [CQ 19047] shiny 1.2
      StatET provides a launch configuration template for shiny apps

    * [CQ 19048] ggplot2 3.1
      StatET provides a code generator for ggplot2

    * [CQ 19049] rmarkdown 1.11
    * [CQ 19050] knitr 1.21
    * [CQ 19051] Pandoc 2.6
      StatET provides launch configuration templates for the document
      converters

More information in the CQs.
