The webmaster should be automatically subscribing committers when a new project is created. I'll confirm that.Unfortunately, if somebody changes their email address, we don't automatically update mailing list subscriptions. Is it a bug in the new committer process that new committers are not
being auto-subscribed to the appropriate mailing lists? Or is the
handbook out of date on this point.
One interesting thing about this is that most of the committers we are
discussing here are project committers that joined as part of the
initial project creation.
