Re: [science-pmc] January meeting

I think it would help if the requester sent something to the list first, since a PMC member will probably need to follow up anyway to get more information. 

I don't think there's any way to add this as part the workflow though, so it would be a good thing to add to our Science Project guidelines page (which should be on the agenda!)
