I just went in and peppered some comments on a few of these. I encourage everyone else to do the same. Addressing these issues will significantly help our working group.

There is some great work being done to make improvements to the incubation process. These affect Science WG projects & Science WG projects were part of the inspiration for them.

There are child bugs hanging off that one tracking specific sub-tasks/components.

In the near future, I'll briefly summarize what this means in more detail on this list. Personally, I feel this is a very positive thing and should help projects move faster during incubation without sacrificing the valuable seal of approval that comes from being a mature Science WG  & Eclipse Foundation project.

Kudos to Wayne Beaton for leading these efforts.
