Hi Matt, Philip, All

I'm glad to provide guidance on this. I've read the draft charter so
far, and do have  suggestions. I'd like to share them after our meeting
on Wednesday.

Just in case anyone else would like to join our meeting, I can easly
extend the invitation so please just shout on this list.

Kind regards,

Andrew
