Thanks, but they don't sell tickets for the "Social Events" (some conferences, especially in Healthcare do, I missed MedInfo this year in Copenhagen as I just left Denmark that week, but see Medinfo2013 Gala Dinner took place on Thursday 22 August at Langelinie Pavillionen. Price 730 DKK.)

It isn't worth a whole day ticket for a dinner or a beer, sorry 

Maybe for future conferences if Eclipse Foundation adds such tickets, I'd be happy to buy a dinner ticket but not a day ticket I can't use because I have to work...

Ralph mentioned "some people" always go over to the Nestor, don't know when that "official" part ends, but if it's before 11 and anybody makes their way to the hotel or stays there,  maybe I'd run into them or they can have a seat if it's not too busy by then (the concierge warned me about that;-D)
