I don't think it makes sense to have an onsite meeting for registered users and your separate offsite meeting in the bar.

Hi,As the Eclipse User Group table is inside the venue and I am too busy at work to attend any ECE day (even had to skip yesterday's Auto-IWG meeting because it was too early in the day)I reserved one of the Nestor Hotel bar tables with comfy chairs from 9pm tomorrow under "Keil - Eclipse UOMo". Ask them if you're there and can't find me (though several of you met me between Almaden, Hamburg, Berlin and Trondheim)I must be back around Midnight, but between 9 and 11pm I should be around to have a chat and drink, or introduce those who haven't met before to each other...Looking forward to seeing some of you tomorrow night, and enjoy the Circus today(I'll speak about M2M, IoT, Unit Standards and Shakespeare there next month in Kassel)

Hi,
I just confirmed the invitation to this MeetUp by Torkild:

Happy to meet anybody from this IWG or interested projects there, and plan
to point e.g. the people behind Elexis who attend ECE to it, too. Should it
be inside the conference site, and only accessible to pass holders, let's
try to meet nearby (something like Nestor hotel bar, a regular hang-out as
many people who got a room stay there;-)
If "open bar" means, you may join the party if you are not at ECE during
the day, then it should be OK. At least one local JUG member who works with
me at Thales might also come by if he can.
He's been there almost every year, but like me we have a lot on our agenda
right now at work...
