That’s just odd. I can see a small difference in size on Windows. The size difference on Mac is quite something. Please open a bug.

Ok, so I spoke too soon regarding default font sizes for linux. It seems a bit smallish to my eyes as well. Only on windows do the font sizes seem to match well.

On both Windows and linux (Windows7, Ubuntu 12) the default font for nodes in the diagram editor look great and are very readable. However, on my Mac test system (mac-mini 10.7.4), the default sizes cause the node labels are a little harder to read. I've attached an image/screenshot of the font issues I'm talking about.
Notice how font size for the node labels is very small and hard to read, but the font size for the connection is normal and better matches the system defaults used in rest of Eclipse UI.
