I did sync the entire tree. The indigo properties file
still refers to Graphiti 0.8 RC3 build and I intended to change it to refer to
the lastest 0.8 build. That's why I modified
releng\repositories-indigo.properties file.
But that didn't seem to make a difference. I'm still
getting the old build err msg related to unable to download org.eclipse.graphiti.site_0.8.0RC3.201105270852.zip file.
I wonder which of the .properties file in releng dir does
Sapphire use?

build on head branch
Perhaps
you’ve been syncing just plugins and haven’t synched the rest of the file tree
in a while? If you have to modify build files by hand, something is wrong in
your env.

head branch
I keep getting the
following error while building Sapphire on head
branch:
C:\sapphire\org.eclipse.sapphire_0.4\build.xml:1076:
Failed to download
/graphiti/archives/milestones/org.eclipse.graphiti.site_0.8.0RC3.201105270852.zip
from Eclipse Foundation.
I've tried to modify
releng\repositories-indigo.properties to reference:
/graphiti/archives/0.8.0/org.eclipse.graphiti.site_0.8.0.201106071252.zip,\
However, I still get
the same error. Which ".properties" file does it
use?
