[sapphire-dev] Completion of 0.2.1 release

As of today, the 0.2.1 release is complete and published on the download server. At this point there should not be any changes going into the 0.2.x branch.

 

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this release, especially those who helped verify bug fixes.
