Try adding -Dignore.checksum.issues=true to your build invocation. They are overwritting the same file on the download server every night. The download server caches and doesn’t recompute checksums for files as files aren’t supposed to be overwritten. Just new ones added. This issue is causing our build to assume that the download is corrupted.

I've tried 3 times to build sapphire and it always ended up with this error:
