[rt-pmc] pmc rapid approval for asm and jdom piggyback CQs

Hi,

It seems that the versions were raised for two libraries that ECF uses:

asm (incremented from 3.2 to 3.3.1 by platform)
jdom (incremented from 1.0 to 1.1.1 by ??)

ECF has just submitted two piggyback CQs for these new versions in order 
for us to use them in our own 3.5.1/Indigo release

I would appreciate rapid pmc approval of these piggyback CQs, so that we 
can complete our 3.5.1 build later today...and allow us to meet the 
platform's build schedule [1].
