The talk title on the web implies a focus on the RT top level project but hey, I'm giving the talk and would rather go broader and talk about EclipseRT rather than just the RT project. Remember that EclipseRT is really the broad branding effort around runtime stuff at Eclipse, not just the RT project. It includes (IMHO) BIRT, GEF, EMF, Swordfish, ... PDE is base tooling for these efforts given that they build bundles. So these projects are worth mentioning.
Perhaps it would make sense to spend a minute on the distinction between EclipseRT and RT?
