I have, in a separate email, asked Heiko to make more explicit the 
intent to join the release train. I personally interpreted the bullet 
"Graduation is planned with the 2.0 release aligned with the Helios 
release plan" to mean that they intended to release at the same time as 
Helios, but not necessarily participate directly in it. Or perhaps, I'm 
just particularly dense today... Words along the lines of "ScalaModules 
will join the Helios release train" will make it unambiguous.

I have further advised that the Planning Council will have to be lobbied 
to include ScalaModules as we have  passed the official join date. This 
shouldn't be a big deal, but will require some involvement from the RT PMC.
